I have been inspecting homes since 2005. My construction experiences date back to the early 90's. I am certified with the CCB and OCHI. We are required by the State to receive 30 hrs. of continuing education every 2 yrs. I also belong to an association of home inspectors here in Central Oregon that meets monthly.
My beautiful bride of 18 yrs. (and counting) own and operate EDC Home Inspections. We are a local company, not a franchise. We work hard for what we have, and take pride in our work. We feel we produce an excellent end product, and our customers go away feeling confident, educated, and well satisfied with all aspects of their experience with us.
I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather live! I love Bend. When I'm not under a house, I can be found on the river, or on the slopes. I work as a volunteer at Mt. Bachelor during the winter as a Mt. Host. I love just about all sports, but skiing is my real passion. I am actively involved with our church (Journey). A church where no perfect people are allowed. Come as you are.
